On Tuesday, 4/4/2017 the Israeli government ransacked the kitchen of a restaurant in southern Israel claiming that the owner owes taxes for the government. They emptied out the refrigerators, freezers and all shelves of every item they saw there including new packaged food. See video above of partial of the pogrom they conducted. The video got cut short because they threatened to arrest the photographer. Now the owner of the kitchen, a father of 4 children is left stranded with NOTHING. NOTHING. We are trying to get this family to get thru the pain they have been caught into and they shall be able to celebrate the Yom Tov of Pesach like everybody. Then there's the part of getting this family on their feet, the father should be able to reconstruct his business so that he shouldn't have to live off donations. Freshly made kimchi This is different than the fermented kimchi. This is more like KIMCHI SALAD where it’s freshly made to serve known as the Geotjeori. Typically you’ll get this type of kimchi as a side dish or with your hand-cut noodles (Kalguksu). BCD is def known for their freshly made kimchi. Кимчи / Kimchi Тут два варианта либо люблю не могу, либо в точности наоборот. Но попробовать советую! Ингредиенты / Ingredients 1 кг пекинской капусты / 2 pounds napa cabbage 2 ст.л. соли / 2 tbsp salt 2-3 зубчика чеснока / 2-3 cloves garlic 1 ч.л. свежего имбиря / 1 tsp fresh ginger 1 зеленое яблоко / 1 green apple 3 ст.л. гочугару или хлопьев красного перца / 3 tbsp gochugaru or red pepper flakes 4 стебля зеленого лука / 4 green onions 1 ст. моркови / 1 cup carrots Капусту режем, солим и массажируем минуту. Оставляем на 2 часа. Лук режем и убираем в холодильник. В блендере перебиваем яблоко, чеснок, имбирь и перец до состояния пасты! Капусту промываем от соли и ПРОСУШИВАЕМ. Это важно! Дальше все смешиваем и укладываем в банку. Прижимаем сверху листом капусты и потихоньку вливаем воду. Оставляем ферментироваться на 3-4 дня. Потом воды у вас не останется. Получится в разы лучше магазинной. Сut the cabbage into bite size pcs, salt and massage for a minute. Leave for 2 hours. Cut the greet onion and put it in the refrigerator. Blend apple, garlic, ginger and chili to a paste! After 2 hours rinse the cabbage and DRY! Mix everything and put it in a jar. Press on top cabbage leaf and slowly pour in water. Leave to ferment for 3-4 days at room temperature. It will turn out much better than the grocery store one. As soon as Kim sees Dr. Namcha he gets struck by this feeling that they've met before, not knowing that Dr. Namcha has the same feeling. Unable to get Kim out of his head, Cha asks Kim to meet and shares a dream that felt like a memory of another life and Kim reveals he's experiencing the same thing. The two don't know what to make of these shared memories but start to get close as they work together on the web show, and even on some of Kim's projects including a wedding themed advertisement that sparks even more memories of another life. As Cha and Kim continue to chase after Irin and Nubdao respectively, they find their feelings shifting away from the women they've always loved and towards each other. Jealousy, hurt feelings and a sense of longing lingering every time they interact and they don't quite understand why.
